What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes 5 through 11 (US). If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Do your heels run true to size?
Our heels are designed to fit true to size.
Do you offer a sizing guide?

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. International shipping options may be available — contact us for details.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 2–10 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Please note that processing time is 1–3 business days before your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@firstcalloutheels.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Product Care
How should I care for my heels?
To keep your heels looking their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a soft cloth to wipe off any dirt or residue after wearing. For rhinestone styles, avoid water exposure to preserve the sparkle.

Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. Some are processed immediately. After that, the order may have already been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@firstcalloutheels.com.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in our shop and make the perfect present for any competitor.
