Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Domestic and International Shipping
We ship both domestically and internationally.
For international orders:
• Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges
• Delivery delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control
Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, First Callout Heels is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delivery delays
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess and resolve the issue accordingly.
Address Errors
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may be subject to reshipping fees.
