Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from First Callout Heels.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including all inserts and accessories
• Shoes must show no signs of wear, including scuffs, creasing, stretching, marks, or residue from tanning products

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Returns

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item once the return is approved
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, First Callout Heels will cover all applicable shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Shoes that have been worn, competed in, or altered
• Shoes showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling
• Items returned outside of the 30-day window
• Items marked Final Sale

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@firstcalloutheels.com with your order number and request details. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
